Southwest Michigan Esports Joins MiHSEF Regional Partnership Program

MiHSEF is excited to partner with the Southwest Michigan Esports League through our Regional Partnership Program. Following with MiHSEF mission of building esports at the local level, this collaboration offers a structured pathway for regional league champions to qualify for the MiHSEF State Finals and provides additional benefits to participating schools. Here’s how it works:

• Autobid Structure: Top teams from regional leagues receive automatic bids to the MiHSEF State Finals, creating multiple pathways for students to compete at the state level and beyond.
• Consistent Standards: We recommend standardized rules to ensure fair competition and a smooth transition to state finals.
• Shared Resources: Regional leagues gain access to MiHSEF’s resources, including coaching guides, marketing materials, and the LeagueOS platform.
• Mutual Growth: Together, we will work on initiatives to expand the esports community, such as joint events and coaching clinics.
• Pathway to Nationals: Teams can advance from regional competitions to state and national events, including the HSEL Premier 2025 and ISEA Nationals 2025.
